How to solve the high housing price(高房?jī)r(jià))
Currently, with the development of the modern industry, a growing number of people are flowing into cities.Accordingly,the housing problem is becoming more and more serious. The housing price is too high ,which has caused widespread concern in society. "Home to live in " is a concept proposed by Premier Wen. However, the current housing price has been far beyond the tolerant range of people, many residents can not afford a house. The phenomenon is very common and very dangerous.
We know that price is too high for several reasons. First, the land resources are very limited, so the cost of land is high. Second, the costs of structural materials and other factors contributed to the rise of housing price. Finally, and most importantly, the relationship between supply and demand is imbalanced. The ability to buy is much stronger than the supply capacity.
Taking above mentioned factors into consideration, it is time that we take effective measures to protect the rights of the people's living. First, the government should provide more land resources to use. Second, the government should take more actions to do some goods for low-income residents. Third, provide more job opportunities, so that people can get richer and have the ability to purchase house.
